Sheldon Martin’s interest in antique and salvaged wood started at an early age and was confirmed while working for Antique Woods & Colonial Restoration in upstate NY. With them, he traveled the country reconstructing timber frame barn-home conversions. After marrying and settling down with his wife, Amber, Sheldon wanted to stay closer to home, but remain involved in the world of reclaimed wood. In 2009 he partnered with his cousin, Eldon Dieffenbach to form Keystone Vintage Lumber. For Sheldon, reclaimed lumber is not just a business, but a true passion; a direct link to our American history and insight into the founding of our country.

In 2010, Anthony Becker was added to the team to provide custom furniture options and creative input. A second generation furniture builder, he has worked with wood his whole life. His ability to highlight the character and beauty of re-purposed wood with unique and functional designs provides customers a rare opportunity in the industry; a seamless experience from conception to delivery of made to order products.

Keystone Vintage Lumber is located in the former Bethlehem Steel complex in Lebanon, PA. This deserted home of a 20th century industrial icon is the perfect home for a company that takes materials sourced from as far back as the 1800’s and turns them into products for the modern world.
